Starting Up Again - Twist Poems

Apologies for being offline for a while.
Was swamped with college, school and Christmas.

An idea for poetry writing that works very well is the twist poem.
A poem with a twist is usually four lines long.
The first three lines expand the chosen theme while the final
line contradicts or provides a surprise.
An example might be

Textbooks ready
Lunch packed
Waiting for the bus
Saturday!

Or a topical one

Tickets bought online
Bags full of sun cream
At the airport
Aer Lingus strike!

Have fun making up these.
